The P4P Foundation is being built to do one thing well: deliver real, tangible support to Disabled Veterans across four lanes of life — housing, education, wellness, and community. Everything described on this page is the future we are building toward. The funding engine is already running; the programs roll out in phases as the Foundation takes shape.
Our Core Fundamentals
We exist because Disabled Veterans came home carrying things they were never trained to put down alone. The P4P Foundation is the structure being built to walk the road with them — not as a charity that asks once and waves, but as a steady, committed presence in their day-to-day life.
Our mission is to provide direct, practical support to Disabled Veterans across four pillars of daily life — Housing, Education, Wellness, and Community. We will be measured by outcomes: Veterans housed, Veterans trained, Veterans whose mental health steadied, Veterans connected to the brothers and sisters who get it. Not by what we said we'd do, but by our actual impact. This is Where Service Replaces Greed.
Our Core Vision
Four lanes of life where the right kind of support, delivered at the right moment, can change a Veteran's trajectory. These four pillars are the Foundation's roadmap — the program areas it is being built to deliver as it forms and grows. They describe where the Foundation is going, not services it offers today.
Pillar I
Transitional and stable housing pathways for homeless and at-risk Disabled Veterans — the foundation under everything else.
Pillar II
Training, certification, and transition support that turns the skills Veterans already have into the careers they actually want.
Pillar III
Wellness programming and mental-health support that meets Veterans where they are — without the gatekeeping that keeps people from asking.
Pillar IV
The thing nothing else replaces. Connecting Veterans to the people who walked the same road, and to the families who love them.
These four pillars describe the Foundation's future plans and long-term ambitions — not programs operating today. The P4P Foundation is currently in formation as a 501(c)(3). Each pillar's initiatives roll out in phases as funding accrues and our IRS determination letter is granted.

How We're Funded
Most foundations start with a year of fundraising before they can do the work. We start with an engine already running — a legally binding commitment from an operating company whose entire purpose is to fund this Foundation.
50% of net profit from every sale at P4P Digital Products LLC funds the establishment and ongoing operations of The P4P Foundation. This is not a marketing pledge. It is written into the LLC's Operating Agreement as a legally binding obligation and reported on transparently every month.
Quarterly transfers from the operating company's net profit, calculated after taxes and overhead. Held with a fiscal sponsor on the Foundation's behalf until the 501(c)(3) is fully granted.
Donations from individuals and partners. Tax-deductible once the 501(c)(3) is granted. Already welcomed in spirit — the official donation page opens with the determination letter.
The P4P Foundation is currently in formation. Its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status has not yet been granted. Until the IRS determination letter is issued, contributions are not yet tax-deductible, and funds committed to the Foundation are held with a fiscal sponsor on its behalf.
